Unaccompanied vehicles or trailers can be picked up from the Portsmouth Port anytime. But from 11PM until 06AM, our offices are closed. During this time, drivers will have to report to the gate with a PIP number.

This is a 6 digits number we give you and in turn you give it to your driver to quote it at the gate. You will just need to let us know that one of your driver would pick up a trailer during out of working hours (night time) by email, specifying both registration numbers and the name of the driver. We will then prepare a gate pass and leave it at the gate for your driver to collect by quoting the 6 digits numbers (PIP) we will give you.
