Following our correspondence as of 9th June 2020, regarding the documents that should be completed and submitted prior the vessel’s departure, with regards to the COVID-19 guidelines announced by the Greek Authorities, for the prevention of the new coronavirus transmission and spread, kindly note the following:

According to Article 1 published in Government Gazette 2602/Β/28-6-2020), all passengers/ professional truck drivers / co-truck drivers travelling from Italy to Greece, regardless of nationality, must submit, within a period of forty eight (48) to seventy two (72) hours before their arrival in Greece, the electronic form Passenger Locator Form (PLF) which is available at https://travel.gov.gr.

Kindly note that it is mandatory to show a printed, or electronic copy of the PLF form to staff of the General Secretariat for Civil Protection and the National Agency for Public Health (EODY) in charge of medical examinations.

Boarding will not be possible for passengers who have failed to submit said PLF through the application before check-in.

As far as the “Pre-boarding health declaration questionnaire” is concerned, all passengers/ professional truck drivers /co-truck drivers must continue to complete and submit it (in printed version) to the vessel's Chief Purser along with their ticket, when boarding, prior to the vessel's departure.

The questionnaire must be filled-in correctly before arriving at port, as passengers are not allowed to complete forms inside the terminal.
