As the Covid-19 crisis has developed, we have adapted our process and taken measures to protect truck drivers and our staff. Your health and safety is our utmost priority.
We have already made substantial changes and we continue to develop solutions for even more safety and comfort. The majority of our club cars are now equipped with new plexi-glass protection screens and the entire fleet will be fully equipped by the end of June.
With all these measures in place, we can assure you that we meet the social distancing requirements for the protection of your drivers.
Distribution of masks on both terminals
Wearing a face covering is the responsibility of all and must be done on the trains and terminals.
Optimising customer space on board
The number of drivers is carefully monitored to respect social distancing on board. We are also operating up to 6 departures per hour and by direction.
NEW plexiglass protection screens
Specially designed for our Club cars, another innovative solution to ensure the protection of individual drivers during the crossing.
Doubled minibus rotations
Our process has been improved to reduce the number of truck drivers in the minibuses during loading and unloading.
NEW Truck Park facility available at French terminal
Driver comfort and well-being is also important for us:
- showers and toilets facilities
- food truck with free food offer
- lounge
Cleaning before each crossing
The Club cars and minibuses are fully cleaned and disinfected for each crossing to welcome the drivers on the next departure.
Provision of hand sanitiser gel
In accordance with advice on hand sanitation, drivers will find hand sanitiser throughout their journey on our trains and terminals.
Self temperature check
Another innovative investment for driver care. Available in the New truck park building.
