Viking Line have announced that there will be new departures on Helsinki <> Tallinn starting from 1st April.

Accompanied cargo units will be loaded onboard at the last departure of Sunday (at 22:15) and Thursday evening (loading onboard at 23:30). On Thursday the drivers will overnight onboard and Viking XPRS will arrive at Helsinki at 6:45. The official departure time is at 4:15.

A no show fee will also come into effect. Viking Line will start charging a no show fee on 9th March for freight units which are cancelled or moved to another departure after the deadline/ closing time for a departure. During the first weeks of invoicing the fee is €1/ freight unit.  Starting from the 1st of April they will charge no show fee as follows; 

• Less than 1 hour before departure €50/ freight unit on all routes 
• 1 - 2.5 hours before departure €25
